Rocky's Animals In Need

Thank you to all who donated to Napoleons medical expenses!

Update: February 5th.

"Napoleon is doing well. His splint has been removed and he is well on his way to a full recovery. His front mandible is fully healed but the rear mandible is still "floating" meaning it has not fully calsified yet."

This page is dedicated in memory of Carol Sonnex, nicknamed "Rocky"

Carol was a friend to all animals. She worked tirelessly in animal welfare as a Greater Victoria Animals' Crusader, a CRD Pound employee and an animal welfarist. Some of her many achievements include: Setting up a monthly Vets for Pets Clinic at Our Place for the street community and low-income pet owners. Providing temporary foster care for the pets of women in transition houses. Maintaining feeding stations for feral cat colonies around Greater Victoria. Operating the GVAC phone line to aid low income pet owners with spay/neuter and medical costs. A partner and positive force behind this website. "You are greatly missed, Carol."
